PPP Shows Sen. Gilbert Baker Far Ahead of Lincoln: 50%-35%

Baker:  “Washington DC is the problem, and I am ready to be a check and balance to Obama’s extreme agenda.”

Conway, Ark.  –  United States Senate Candidate Gilbert Baker has issued the following statement in response to today’s Public Policy Polling (PPP) report showing Baker ahead of Sen. Blanche Lincoln 50% - 35%:

“Washington DC is not listening!  The more I travel this great state, sharing my conservative message, Arkansans realize I am the candidate that will help balance our federal budget and actually curb the out of control spending in Washington DC.  Arkansans, like all Americans, want something different –  fiscal responsibility as opposed to big government bailouts which have done nothing to stimulate our economy and saddle our children and grandchildren with massive debt.  Washington DC is the problem, and I am ready to be a check and balance to Obama’s extreme agenda. ”
